At University: Two-time Louisiana Sports Writers Association Class 3A All-State honoree, earning first team as a senior... garnered Louisiana Sportsline All-State Second Team and The Advocate All-Metro 3A-1A First Team... was a two-time All-District 7-3A First Team selection... had 60 tackles, 24 tackles for loss with seven sacks, and three forced fumbles in his senior year... led Cubs to 13-0 record and Division II state championship... was a second-team all-state selection as a junior, finishing with 85 tackles, 28 TFLs, 10 sacks and three forced fumbles... team posted a 12-2 overall record and reached the semifinals of the 3A playoffs... rated a two-star recruit by Rivals.
