2013 Season (Junior): Played in eight games with six starts before suffering a season-ending injury... recorded 21 tackles (9 solo)... had a tackle for loss and 2 passes defended... forced a fumble against Arkansas Tech... had a season-high 6 tackles at Western Michigan. 

2012 Season (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games... had 8 tackles (2 solo) on the year...    recorded 4 tackles at Tulsa... broke up 1 pass.

2011 Season (Freshman):  Saw action in 10 games, including two starts… finished the season with 21 tackles (12 solo)… forced fumbles in back-to-back games… had a career-best 8 tackles at Texas State.

2010 Season: Redshirted.

At St. Michael the Archangel: Named All-District 7-4A twice, notching first-team honors as a senior and junior... garnered All-State honorable mention status as a senior as well... named team captain by his team mates as a senior...led the team in tackles both his senior and junior season... had over 200 career tackles and 24 takedowns for a loss... also was a four-year letterman in baseball, doubling as an outfielder and a designated hitter.

Personal: Born on November 22, 1991 in Baton Rouge, La… son of Yvette and Duane Meeks… has a sister, Breanne Meeks, and a brother, Dustin Meeks… relative David Meeks played baseball at Maryland… majoring in business.
