2011-12 (Sophomore): Played in 26 games, making 10 starts on the year… Finished tied for third in scoring with 8.0 points per game… Led the team in 3-pointers made with 38 with a 33-percent average from behind the arc… Averaged 18.6 minutes per game, shooting 36-percent (38-for-114) from the field and 2.3 rebounds per game… Had nine double-digit scoring games, including setting a streak of six-straight from Nov. 18 to Dec. 9… Led the team in scoring for three straight games from Nov. 20 to 28…Scored career-high 20 points against Auburn Nov. 25 shooting a career-best 7-for-16 from the field… Grabbed a career-high nine rebounds against Louisiana in the Beryl Shipley Classic Nov. 20… Made four 3-pointers in a game three times… Attempted career-high 11 3-pointers against LSU to open the season Nov. 12… Went 7-of-8 from the free throw line against Dillard Dec. 16, both are career bests… Had at least three assists in two games during the season… Played in a career-most 37 minutes in a contest twice on the year.

2010-11 (Freshman): Appeared in 20 games in his freshman season ... Shot .367 (11-for-30) from three-point range and shot .459 (17-for-37) from the floor ... Recorded a career-high ten points in the first game of the Southland Conference Tournament, shooting 4-for-6 from the field and 2-for-4 from three point range against the No. 1 seed McNeese State Cowboys.

South Grand Prairie High School: Was the team's leading scorer and MVP as a senior ... Named first team all district as a senior, second team all district as a sophomore and a junior ... Named academic all district as a junior.

Personal:  The younger of Porter and Donna Talkington's two children ... Older brother Jonathan Talkington competes in track and field at Cal State Northridge.
