Nicholls State University

2012-13 (R-Sophomore): Played in 11 games on the season, averaging 7.6 minutes, 1.1 points and 0.5 rebounds per game... Played in a season high 24 minutes at Michigan State, scoring a season best five points and grabbing three rebounds... Was 2-for-3 from the field against the Spartans, making one of his three 3-pointers on the season. 

2011-12 (R-Freshman): Played in 22 games as a redshirt freshman, averaging 2.4 points per game, and 1.0 rebounds per game in 8.1 minutes per contest… Was 18-for-43 (41-percent) from the field, 11-for-30 (36-percent) from behind the 3-point line and 6-for-13 (46-percent) from the free throw line… Had two double-digit scoring games on the year… Hit at least one shot in nine games… Scored career-high 14 points against Northwestern State Jan. 11… Grabbed four rebounds twice, the last coming against UCA Jan. 18… Made five shots from the field against the Demons, taking nine total… Connected on four 3-pointers in the game against Northwestern State, and took seven altogether… Made two free throws versus ULM Nov. 28 and at Northwestern State Feb. 29… Attempted four free throws against Louisiana Nov. 20… Had one assist in four games on the year… Had at least one steal in two games this year… Played in 24 minutes against Northwestern State.

2010 (Freshman):  Redshirted his first season at Nicholls.

Prior to Nicholls -

Cedar Creek High School:  Scored his 1,000 career point and was an all-state honorable mention selection during his 2009-10 senior season ... Earned all-district and all-parish honors three times each.

Personal:  Son of Rennie and Susan Bailey ... Father played basketball at Louisiana Tech and is an assistant coach on the Nicholls staff ... Has one younger sibling, Stafford Bailey (5).
