2011-12 (Freshman): 2012 Southland Conference Freshman of the Year, third team all-Southland Conference, third team all-Louisiana, College Sports Madnesss second team… Played in 28 games with 13 starts in his first year at Nicholls… Led the team in eight different categories including scoring (354 points, 12.6 ppg), rebounding (144, 5.1 rpg), field goals attempted (262) and made (131), steals (27) and blocked shots (20), while second in free throws made (78) and third in field goal percentage (.500) and 3-point percentage (.378)… Finished 13^th in the conference in scoring, eighth in field goal percentage, tied for ninth in double-doubles and in the top 15 in 20-point games and double-digit rebounding games… Led the team in scoring ten times and rebounding 14 times on the year… Recorded four double-doubles on the year against Auburn, UTSA, UTA and Texas State… Had three 20-plus point games… Had a streak of seven straight games scoring in double figures and 20 double-digit scoring games on the season… Tied a Nicholls record going a perfect 7-of-7 from the field against Lamar Feb. 11, one shy of setting a new high mark… Team is 4-0 when Lewis makes eight or more field goals in a game and 6-2 when he scores 17 points or more… Scored 25 points at ULM Dec. 12… Grabbed 13 rebounds against UTSA Jan. 4… Made nine shots against the Warhawks Dec. 12… Attempted 21 shots from the field at Auburn Nov. 25… Made two 3-pointers in a game four times… Attempted three 3-pointers six times on the year… On two occasions made seven free throws in a game, the last against Texas State Feb. 4 where he attempted ten during the game… Dished out three assists three times on the year… Blocked three shots against Lamar Feb. 11 and has blocked two shots in three different games… Grabbed four steals against the Demons and has earned at least two steals in eight different contests on the year… Played 36 minutes against UTSA.

Ellender Memorial High School - Played all four years for Scott Gauthreaux and Cornell Scott as a member of the Patriots, earning offensive and defensive district 8-4A MVP honors in the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons...Earned first-team all-district honors as a junior and senior... Earned first-team all-region honors both years and regional MVP honors in 2009-10... Was named first-team all-state as a seniior and second team as a junior... Was a nominee for the McDonalds All-American game.
