2024 Season (Redshirt Sophomore): Started on the defensive line and garnered All-Southland First Team and All-Louisiana Second Team... anchored the front seven at nose tackle and was fifth on the team with 46 tackles including 2.5 for loss... totaled a career-high seven tackles against Southern and Southeastern... forced a fumble and had a recovery at Southern... returned an interception 25 yards for a touchdown in the opener at Louisiana Tech... registered two quarterback hurries.

2023 Season (Redshirt Freshman): Started at nose tackle in his first full season, earning Southland Freshman of the Year and All-Southland Second Team... was a Jerry Rice Award Finalist and garnered three All-American honors... totaled 27 tackles with 2.5 for loss and 0.5 sacks... recorded his first career interception in the win over Lamar... best game statistically was at East Texas A&M where he had six tackles and his half sack... also had three three-tackle games.

2022 Season (Freshman): Appeared in two games as defensive line as a true freshman... saw snaps at ULM and at SEMO... received a redshirt.

At Pine Forest: Anchored the defensive line for the Eagles, totaling 121 tackles, 26 tackles for loss with five sacks, two pressures, an interception and one pass breakup in his senior year... led team to a 12-1 record and a 6A state championship appearance... finished his career with 250 tackles, 49 TFLs and 20 sacks... was an eight-time Maxpreps Player of the Week since 2018... rated a two-star recruit by Rivals.

Personal: Birthday is April 9... son of Lineta Murphy, Anthony Murphy, and Nicholas Lovelace... has one sibling, Raheem Malone... graphic design major.
