2023 Season (Junior): Started 43 of 49 games played, seeing most of his time at designated hitter... was fourth on the team with a .293 batting average, totaling 53 hits with 12 doubles, a triple, and three home runs... was also fourth with 32 RBIs... hit his first homer in win at Nebraska...  posted a 4-for-5 outing with two runs scored at Lamar... drew 16 walks and had 23 runs scored... led the team with six sacrifice flies.

At Indian Hills CC: Played in 49 games for the Warriors in 2022... finished with a .290 batting average, totaling 49 hits with 11 doubles, one triple, and four home runs... racked up 36 RBIs and 34 runs scored... had 19 walks and seven stolen bases. 

At Texas A&M-International: Spent two years with the Dustdevils... started 18 games as a sophomore, batting .391 with 25 hits which included six doubles and three home runs... had 20 RBIs and scored 14 runs... had a .275 average in his freshman season, totaling 19 hits with 10 RBIs and three runs scored.

At United South HS: Member of the baseball team... was a First-Team All-State selection... was also a First-Team All-District Outfielder and All-Academic selection.

Personal: Birthday is Nov. 30... parents are Bertha and Tomas Villarreal... has two siblings, Tomas and Diego... majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
