2019 Season (Senior): Competed in all 18 games for the Red & Gray while making 17 starts ... ranked third team-wide with 1,445 minutes on the pitch ... scored one goal on the year while grabbing two assists as well ... finished with 11 total shots, five on goal, for a competitive .455 shots-on-goal percentage.

2018 Season (Junior): Appeared in all 18 games with four starts, logging 662 minutes on the pitch ... posted two goals for four points on the season, including the eventual game-winner against Alcorn State (Sept. 2).

2017 Season (Sophomore): Started 13 of 18 matches for the Colonels, logging 910 minutes on the pitch … tallied three goals and one assist for seven points … earned a goal and an assist against Jackson State (Sept. 3) … struck for a goal against Southern (Sept. 17) … scored the first goal in Nicholls’ 2-1 upset over Texas A&M – Corpus Christi (Oct. 1). 

2016 Season (Freshman): Acted as team’s second-highest point scorer behind Jess Coates, tallying 17 points on six goals and five assists … started all 16 games, logging 911 minutes on the pitch … found the back of the net twice on three separate occasions, against Southern (Aug. 28), Grambling State (Sept. 4) and Sam Houston State (Oct. 16) … assisted on three goals during the Colonels 10-0 shutout over Grambling … season-high 90 minutes versus Lamar (Sept. 16). 

High School/Prep: Named her team's MVP in both 2013 and 2014... Was a shadow player for the under 19s Australian school girls team in 2013 and 2014... Won the All Rounder award and had the highest academic scores on her team in 2014... Member of the Tuggeranong United club soccer squad.

Personal: Born Kristy Helmers ... daughter of Craig and Linda Helmers ... has one sister -- Kayla ... dietetics major.
