2013 (Junior): Played in 17 total games with six starts in a key reserve role for the Colonels, logging 821 minutes of game action... Took 14 total shots on the year with seven shots on goal... Started six of the final seven games of the season, playing in a season-high 84 minutes in her second start of the season at Northwestern State... Scored the only goal for the Colonels on two shots on goal against Oral Roberts... Took a season high three shots against Alcorn State, with five games of at least two shots or more.

2012 (Freshman): In her first year at Nicholls after transferring from Charleston Southern, appeared in eight games in a Colonel uniform logging 184 minutes of action on the field... Took two shots on the season with one shot on goal... Played in a season-high 46 minutes against Tulsa Aug. 26.  

Prior to Nicholls:

At Charleston Southern: Played in seven games for the Lady Buccaneers, totaling seven shots on the year.

At La Porte High School: Was an all-district selection for the Bulldogs for three seasons, being named newcomer of the year during her freshman campign... Was chosen to be on the Elite Club National League four times... A National Honor Society member, Tatom graduated summa cum laude, 17th out of 693 students in her graduating class.

Personal: Full name is Misty Dawn Tatom, born September 9 in La Porte, Texas... Parents are Darrel and Becky Tatom... Has two siblings, Kristy, who currently plays soccer at Nicholls and older sister Katie Self... Majoring in nursing.
