An alumna of Nicholls, Kaci Eaton enters her first season as a volunteer assistant volleyball coach.
Eaton played as an outside hitter for the Colonels from 2014-2016 after transferring from the University of North Texas. She finished her Nicholls career with a total of 940 kills, 227 digs and 94 blocks.
In 2014, Eaton was named Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year after finishing third in the Southland Conference in kills and kills per set and third in the nation in attacks per set. She additionally earned All-Southland Second Team and LSWA First Team honors.
In 2015, Eaton earned a spot on the Southland Conference All-Academic Second Team, while also earning LSWA Second Team and All-Southland Honorable Mention honors. A native of Austin, Texas, Eaton attended Lake Travis High School, where she helped the volleyball team earn its first 50-0 record, winning the 4A state championship.
