At Fairhope: A three-year varsity letter winner and three-year All-County player, Constant was a member of the Alabama North-South Team as a senior... Was voted Offensive Player of the Year as a junior and took home Coastal Alabama Player of the Week honors, while leading her team to state playoffs in 2014 and 2013... Excelled as member of Future Business Leaders of America, Spanish Club and Project Outreach.

Personal: Daughter of Rickie and Danielle Constant, Rickie Lee has two brothers, Harris and Francis... Rickie Lee was born in Thibodaux on Dec. 30, but moved at a young age... She says she's excited to be back in Thibodaux and feels at home at Nicholls... Rickie Lee will major in English, plans to attend law school and hopes to coach volleyball post-graduation.
