AT Mt. SAC: Saw action in 95 sets across 27 matches...Recorded 297 kills, 232 digs, 30 service aces, and 22 blocks.

At Alcorn: Saw action in 21 sets across 8 matches...Recorded 22 kills, 24 digs, four assists, and two service aces.

High School: Attended Canyon Hills High School in San Diego, Calif. Sydney had a number of awards in high school including All-CIF Team (2023), First Team All League (2023), Second Team All League (2023), Team MVP (2023), Team Captain (2023), Scholar Athlete (2020-2024), Most Team Kills, Orange County All Star, 2nd most aces, and a Varsity Player all 4 years.

Personal: Sydney was born in Anaheim Hills, Calif. and daughter of Kiesha and Wendell Valentine. She is currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management. A fun fact about Sydney is that she was a Track & Field Junior Olympian in 2017.
