NEW ORLEANS – Coming off a 92-51 victory over Culver-Stockton College, the Nicholls State University men's basketball team will travel to face Tulane Monday at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.
The contest will be televised on ESPN3. Colonel students will have a specially-priced $5 ticket with a valid student ID.
Nicholls (5-5) is hoping for its second road win of the season, dropping four away games since its season-opening 111-106 win over UTRGV. In the Colonels' most recent drubbing of the Wildcats, leading scorer
Roddy Peters (19.5 ppg) put together his 10th straight double-figure scoring performance with 18 points on an 8-11 effort from the floor.
Fellow senior guard

Freshman guard
Kevin Johnson, who just made his sixth consecutive start, boasts the Southland's best assist-to-turnover ratio (33:12).
The Green Wave are 7-3 on the year which includes a perfect 5-0 record in Fogelman Arena. Ranking No. 116 in the latest RPI, Tulane's roster also contains the top three-point shooter in its conference in Cameron Reynolds, coming in at 2.6 makes per contest. Melvin Frazier is one of four American Athletic Conference student-athletes with three double-doubles.
