THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University soccer team continues its six-game road stretch when it faces Alcorn Friday at 4 p.m. and UL-Lafayette Sunday at 6 p.m. CT.

Alcorn State

The Lady Braves (0-1) dropped their season opener 8-0 to New Mexico State but welcome back nine starters from last season's squad, including 2016 SWAC Freshman of the Year Rita Okoro. Alcorn also sports a new head coach in Junior Noel.
The Lady Braves have a match Thursday against East Texas Baptist.
UL-Lafayette
Sunday, Sept. 10 | Ragin' Cajuns Soccer Complex | 6 p.m.
The Ragin' Cajuns (2-3) are also riding a two-game winning streak, most recently topping Southland Conference foes Southeastern Louisiana and Northwestern State.
During the stretch, Mackenzie Lee recorded her first two career clean sheets. ULL also received one goal from Una Einarsdottir, Denice Emokpae and Taylor Kennedy.
