FINAL RESULTS | SCOREBOARD
KENNESAW, Ga. – The Nicholls State University men's golf team officially finished its 2018 schedule with Tuesday's action in the Pinetree Intercollegiate.
Senior
Baker Stevenson notched his third top-20 finish of the month, shooting 1-over in the final round to tie for 16th with a 220. Stevenson had top-20 showings in LSU's David Toms Intercollegiate, where he also tied for 16th, and an 11th-place finish in the rain-shortened Jim Rivers Intercollegiate.
Jack Lee and
Warut Wongrungroj both carded 79s on Tuesday, while
Connor Campbell and
Liam Bryden had 84s. Wongrungroj highlighted the day with an eagle on 16, which he also eagled on round 1.
As a team, Nicholls slid down to last after shooting a 315 for a three-round score of 917. Wisconsin won the tournament with a 7-under 857, and Western Kentucky's Billy Tom Sargent won medalist honors following a one-hole playoff.
