THIBODAUX, La. - Nicholls State University Softball is hosting a free hitting and fielding camp for any women in college and out of college.

This is a community effort to get more appreciation of the opportunities that women have in intercollegiate athletics. 

Whatever your skill level or fitness level is...DON'T WORRY!! Nicholls Softball players will be there to assist you with instruction and increase your passion to get more active in the sport of softball. Come to the ballpark even if you don't know how to play this game.  This is for the ladies in sports!! The women of Nicholls Softball will get you up to speed with hitting and fielding drills just like a Division I athlete. The players will demonstrate the skill and you will too.

So, bring the whole family, or not, to watch you increase your skill level. The more women we have supporting this event, the more we can celebrate the opportunity.
