Southeastern powers past Colonels in finale, 4-0

KEY STORYLINES & STATISTICS
-- Southeastern wasted no time in taking control, needing just two minutes for a goal by Mya Guillory. Then in the sixth minute, Jamie Raines scored for a 2-0 advantage. SLU added another goal before the break by Lexie Gunderson (40').
-- SLU added another quick goal in the second half off the foot of Makenzie Maher (48').
-- The Colonels were outshot, 21-3, with a 10-1 disadvantage in shots on goal. Sydney Wallace was credited with the lone SOG, while Karina Gonzalez and Tabea Czech each had one shot.
-- Reagan Carter and Valeria Vargas Leon split time in the goal with each recording three saves.

The Colonels will take part in the postseason for the first time since 2014, facing No. 2 seed McNeese. Kickoff on Wednesday, Nov. 3 is scheduled for 1 p.m. All games will be streamed live on ESPN+, including Friday's semifinals at 4 and 7 p.m. and Sunday's 1:05 p.m. title match.
