THIBODAUX, La - The Nicholls State University tennis program's matches against Loyola University New Orleans set for Tuesday have been canceled due to inclement weather in the forecast.
The match was scheduled to be Senior Day for both squads and it will now take place on Thursday before the men's match against New Orleans. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m.Â
A special Senior Day Crawfish Bowl will also be held before the match starting at noon. A plate of crawfish including all the fixings can be purchased for $12. The tennis program will also sell $5 raffle tickets for a two-night stay at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles and a one-night stay at the Omni in New Orleans. Â
