THIBODAUX, La. -- Due to inclement weather sweeping across the area, the Nicholls State University baseball program has officially postponed Thursday evening's series opener against Sam Houston, originally scheduled as a 6:30 p.m. first pitch at Ray E. Didier Field. The contest has been shifted to Saturday, May 22, creating a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m.
