THIBODAUX, La. - The Nicholls State University Softball and Baseball programs are debuting new Breast Cancer Awareness jerseys, which will be worn in conjunction with a partnership with Thibodaux Regional Health Systems. 

The jerseys will first be worn by the Colonel softball team this weekend in Saturday's matchup with the Islanders of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. First pitch on April 23 is scheduled for noon.

The baseball team will wear their jerseys against New Orleans on Friday, April 29.

Baseball will be auctioning the jerseys after the game, with the proceeds going to Thibodaux Regional Cancer Institute. More information about the auction will be available on a later date.
