THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University soccer team fell 3-0 to McNeese State University at Thibodaux Regional Sports Complex on Sunday afternoon.
For the second time this season, the Colonels out shot their opponent (16-15), but were unable to find the back of the net.

Kori Ingram each registered two.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Megan Cook started for the sixth time this season and played all 90 minutes and recorded three saves.
The Cowgirls scoring began in the 8th minute of the match when Anouk Linders struck a powerful shot from 35 yards out. Magalie Depot scored the second and third goal for McNeese. The first one was assisted by Avery Baker and the second one was set up by Dom Ducal.
