THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University volleyball team was beaten 3-0 by Southeastern on Thursday night in Stopher Gym.
The Lady Lions offense was clicking on all cylinders as they hit over .400 in all three sets. The efficient offense and stout defense that posted 12.5 blocks stopped the Colonels from building momentum throughout the contest.
Nicholls offense was led by junior outside hitter
Trinity Vinzant who registered eight kills and hit .300 for the match. Freshman outside hitter
Addison Phares added four kills.

Paris Dixon finished with three kills apiece.
Defensively, the unit was led by sophomore libero
Gabrielle Barth who had five digs, followed by junior libero
Rae Leano who had 4.
