2022 Season (Junior): Started all 50 games, seeing time at first and third base... named All-Southland Third Team at utility... led the team with a .285 batting average and ranked third in the Southland with 15 doubles... totaled 41 hits with two home runs... homered against Alabama A&M and Southeastern... had a pair of three-hit games... drove in 16 runs and scored 13... finished with eight multi-hit games... had 17 walks and three hit-by-pitches... added a pair of sacrifice flies... was 3 of 4 in stolen bases... had a team best 13-game hitting streak.
2021 Season (Sophomore): Played at first base, starting in all 40 games... posted a .233 batting average with 27 hits, five doubles and three home runs... was second on the team with 16 RBIs... finished with eight runs scored... drew seven free passes with five walks and two hit-by-pitches... had one sacrifice fly and one sac bunt... was 1-of-1 in stolen bases.. finished with five multi-hit games, highlighted by a three-hit game against Southeastern... hit her first career homer in the series against Northwestern State... added two more homers, all in conference play.
2020 Season (Sophomore): Started all 26 games, seeing time at third base, first base, and designated player... was third on the team with a .350 batting average, totaling 28 hits with four doubles... tied for fourth in the Southland in total hits... put together eight multi-hit games, recording three against Southern Illinois and Alcorn... had seven RBIs and seven runs scored... drew one walk and one hit-by-pitch... put down four sacrifices... was successful in her lone stolen base attempt.
2019 Season (Freshman): Played in 45 games as a true freshman, starting in 39 at first base and designated player... hit .261 on the year with six doubles and 14 RBIs... had nine runs scored, nine walks, and one HBP... totaled two sacrifice flies and one sac bunt... posted a 3-for-3 outing against Sam Houston State with one double... had a walk-off single in the ninth inning in the Colonels' 4-3 victory over Southeastern Louisiana in the regular season finale.
At Notre Dame: Played as a middle infielder and third base for the Pioneers, earning 2A All-State honorable mention in 2018 and '17... named to the All-Acadiana team... helped Notre Dame to a state title in 2018 after team fell in the championship game in '17... played travel ball for the Louisiana Bombers.
Personal: Born Oct. 19, 1999... daughter of Mary Elizabeth and Randy Gossen... has a twin sister, Marcella, who was a member of the Colonels for two seasons, and an older sister, Mackenzie... majoring in allied health, earning her undergraduate degree in the spring of 2022.
