2023 Season (Junior): Started 50 of 54 games played... was third on the team with a .320 batting average, racking up 65 hits which included a triple and three home runs... tied for sixth in the Southland with 17 doubles... drove in 31 runs and scored 30... had 20 walks and five hit-by-pitches... tallied one sac fly and one sac bunt... was a perfect 9-for-9 in stolen bases... totaled 19 multi-hit games, highlighted by four four-hit games... reached base in 17 consecutive games and had a 10-game hitting streak... his first four-hit game came in 19-inning win at Lamar where he scored the game-winning run... went 4-for-5 with four RBIs in victory over HCU... singled three times and hit a solo home run in NCAA Regional against Boston College, earning Tuscaloosa All-Regional.
2022 Season (Sophomore): Led the Colonels in batting average in his debut season, hitting .303... started 41 of 44 games played... totaled 46 hits with eight doubles, four triples, and five home runs... racked up 11 multi-hit games and had an eight-game hitting streak... named SLC Hitter of the Week (3/14) after batting .667 with five doubles and four RBIs in four games... all five of his home runs were against UIW... scored 32 runs and had 25 RBIs... was second on the team with 28 walks and added two hit-by-pitches... put down two sacrifice bunts and had one sac fly... was 8-for-10 in stolen bases.
At Bossier Parish CC (2021): Spent one season playing for the Cavaliers, earning Region XIV East All-Conference honorable mention... hit .351 with three home runs and 29 RBIs... totaled 43 runs scored and 20 stolen bases.
High School/Prep: Attended Acadiana where he posted a .340 career batting average... was a two-time All-District selection, earning first team as a senior... member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club.
Personal: Born July 30, 2001... parents are Geno Felix and Cassidy Trimble... father played professional baseball for one year in independent league... his uncle, Lauro Felix, played professionally for 10 years in the Oakland Athletics and Milwaukee Brewers organizations and three years independent league. Currently coaches at New Mexico Junior College... another uncle, Ruben Felix, played baseball for three years in the Brewers organization and three years in independent league... majoring in accounting.
