Junior leadoff hitter Megan Gaspard extended her hitting streak to 11 games over the weekend while batting .438 for the week.

She had one double and scored three times in the four games and was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases.

Gaspard, who made the move from centerfield to shortstop this week, capped off the weekend with a pair of multi-hit games against Texas State which included a 3-for-4 day on Sunday.

Gaspard ranks fourth in the Southland in stolen bases (12) and is in the top 15 in batting at .320. During her 11-game streak, she has hit .500 with five multi-hit games.
