BATON ROUGE, La. – With severe weather rolling through the South Louisiana region overnight and additional thunderstorms in the forecast, tonight's meeting between Southern and the Nicholls State University baseball team has been canceled.

Nicholls will return to action with a three-game Southland Conference series against Central Arkansas, beginning at 6 p.m. on April 15. The Colonels will then face a road challenge against Louisiana-Lafayette at 6 p.m. on April 19.
