THIBODAUX, La. – The Nicholls State University baseball team hosts Mississippi State University on Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field Tuesday. First pitch is slated for 6 p.m.

Chet Niehaus batted .500 in the series, sharing a team-high three RBIs with fellow senior outfielder
Lee Clark. Clark fronts the squad with 18 RBIs on the season.
The Bulldogs (13-12) dropped a three-game road set against Missouri this past weekend, picking up their lone win Saturday, 3-1, in a 15-inning affair.
Nicholls and MSU met on Feb. 24 in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the Kleberg Bank College Classic, where the Bulldogs won 14-4 behind four hits from second baseman Hunter Stovall and four RBIs from third baseman Tanner Allen.
