THIBODAUX, La. - Following a slow start, the Nicholls State University softball team posted a winning record in its remaining preconference schedule and the Colonels will look to carry that momentum into Southland play as they hit the road for a three-game series at HBU.
Nicholls (10-13, 0-0 SLC) and HBU (11-8, 0-0 SLC) will start the series Friday with a 5 p.m. doubleheader. Saturday's final game is scheduled for noon.Â
