FRISCO, Texas – The Southland Conference will host its 2022-23 Basketball Virtual Media Day on Tuesday, October 25, broadcast live on ESPN+ beginning at 10 a.m. 
 
Coverage will consist of a day-long program as the head women's and men's basketball coaches from the Southland's 10 institutions will be available for 15-minute sessions with hosts and analysts Jack Benjamin and Tic Price.

Commissioner Chris Grant will kick off the day, while the preseason polls and all-conference teams will be revealed.

Nicholls head coaches DoBee Plaisance and Austin Claunch are scheduled to go on at 11:52 a.m. In addition to the show, the preseason polls and all-conference teams will be announced in the morning as well.
