THIBODAUX, La. - The Nicholls State University baseball team's home contest against Louisiana has been pushed back a day to Wednesday, March 23 due to inclement weather in the forecast. First pitch will remain at 6:30 p.m.

The game will be the first of two this season against the in-state rival Ragin' Cajuns. The Colonels have had five home games against Louisiana schools this season, falling to Tulane in a midweek contest before knocking off Louisiana Tech. Nicholls then took one of three games in a weekend series against ULM.
