THIBODAUX, La. - The Nicholls State University football team will wrap up its 2022 spring season Thursday, April 7 with a Red vs. Black Spring Game, presented by United Community Bank.

The game is set for 6 p.m. and will held on Manning Field at John L. Guidry Stadium. Gates open at 5 p.m.

Unlike the regular scrimmages, Thursday will feature a split squad game -- Red vs. Black. Full rosters can be viewed here. 

Traditionally played on Saturday, the big spring finale event was moved to Thursday evening to incorporate student organizations and the community. There will be free snowballs from Brooke's Sno-World, and free face painting from Purple Penguin, both starting at 5:30 p.m.

In-game music will be provided by Nicholls Football Alumni Lazarus Ona, aka DJ Laz.
