THIBODAUX, La. - The Nicholls State University baseball team's Friday night matchup against Southeastern has been postponed due to weather. 

The teams will wrap up the Southland Conference regular season with a doubleheader starting at 9 a.m. on Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field. Game 2 will begin approximately 30 minutes after Game 1. Senior Day will be immediately following Game 2.

Nicholls will head to Lafayette for its regular-season finale, taking on the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns on Tuesday, May 17. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. The Colonels and Cajuns met in late March at Didier Field with Nicholls earning a 6-5 victory.
