Nicholls cross country head coach
Stefanie Slekis gave her thoughts the meet and how it can keep the sharp moving forward.
"This was an exciting opportunity we missed last year (due to hurricane) and we were looking forward to racing ULL and LSU again especially after two great weeks of training," Slekis said. "It's great for training that we are going down in distance with the women racing 3k and the men 4k so we can practice being aggressive which will help a lot for when we get to college station next month."
