NEW ORLEANS, La. -- Boasting wins in six of team's last seven contests -- three of which came off walkoffs -- the Nicholls State University baseball program (7-6, 0-0 SLC) aims to refocus entering the first conference weekend of the season, making a short trek east to battle in-state rival New Orleans (8-5, 0-0 SLC) in a three-game series at Maestri Field, set for Friday, Mar. 6 through Sunday, Mar. 8.
