P.J. Burkhalter and wide receiver
Dai'Jean Dixon were named second team, while running back
Collin Guggenheim, offensive lineman
Evan Roussel and linebacker
Hayden Shaheen were selected to the freshman squad. Roussel landed on first-team freshman, Guggenheim was second team and Shaheen was selected to third team.
Burkhalter's honor adds to a long list of accolades for the three-time Southland Offensive Lineman of the Year. He and Dixon combined for 11 All-American awards this season.
Burkhalter and Roussel cleared the way for the No. 6 rushing offense in the nation. The line also ranked first in the nation in fewest tackles for loss allowed and was sixth in sacks allowed.
Guggenheim nearly eclipsed 1,000 yards rushing in half of a season as the feature running back. He finished with 930 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns, averaging a school record 103.3 yards per game. He ended the season with 266 yards rushing and three touchdowns in the River Bell Classic win at Southeastern.
Shaheen started at linebacker for the defense and was second on the team with 56 tackles and 6.5 for loss, which ranked 13th in the Southland. An All-Southland Second Team selection, Shaheen had two TFLs, a sack and an interception in the win against Northwestern State.
