MATHEWS, La. - The Nicholls State University men's golf team will play host for the LaTour Intercollegiate for the third consecutive year, set to begin Saturday, Feb. 13-15 at the LaTour Golf Club.
 
With cold and rainy weather in the forecast, the tournament was changed from a two-day event starting on Sunday, to three days of 18 holes, beginning Saturday at noon. 

The field features a total of 13 teams. Along with Nicholls, Southland Conference members include Central Arkansas, HBU, New Orleans, Southeastern Louisiana, Stephen F. Austin, and UIW. Rounding out the field are Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville State, Louisiana Tech, Missouri State, Samford, and UTRGV. In all, 70 golfers will participate including five as individuals.

The Colonel lineup will be Ryan O'Neil, Martin Trochu, Liam Bryden, Victor Le Gal, and Jaime Suarez Morales. Jonathan Kotzen and Mickael Najmark will compete as individuals.
